to be human is to feel (i know, it can really suck). so many of us were taught to suppress (and maybe still are) - our feelings, who we are, what we need, and the dreams we have. and this f/cks up our sense of self and nervous system. when we constantly suppress, we lose touch with our true self.
and there is always time to open up your life to new possibilities.
to live aligned with what you truly want, put all the knowledge you have into practice, and integrate your learnings to experience embodied change.
you cannot heal yourself out of the human experience AND you can embrace a healing journey that allows you to come home to yourself and feel secure in who you are as you experience life.
a life where your nervous system is flexible - free to feel the vastness of your experience. free to release the burdens that are not yours. free to be you, however that looks for you.
i am not here to tell you how to live your life. i am here to be a guide as we explore and connect to what you want for your life and how to take deliberate action.

a bit about me i’m a somatic life coach who utilizes shadow work + hypnotherapy to release what is a the root so you can create a new foundation that feels aligned and liberating.
i’m here for those who are tired of feeling stuck in the stories and burdens that were
never theirs to begin with.
my work is here to be a soft place for you to be held while you explore and come home to yourself. it’s here to give you space where all parts of you make sense and you can reconnect to your body.
we explore the ways that toxic structures like diet culture and the patriarchy show up in
your beliefs, habits, mindsets, and relationship with yourself. and we work to create a life and identity that are fully yours. free from the boxes that were placed onto you.

thought possible. helping you hold yourself with more compassion and release beliefs,
thoughts, and stories that are no longer true for you.
